5 star service!
Absolutely fantastic service from Stewart. From calling him through to job complete was just over an hour, which given I live in the next town and it was an evening call out on a bank holiday weekend is very impressive indeed. Speedy, efficient and very personable service. Would highly recommend.
Great service with a fast response!!
Dealt with Heatley on numerous occasions, always a fast response and always a quality job. Friendly staff and great rates. Would definitely recommend Heatley for any double glaze repair or boarding up job.
First class service
We had a problem with an inside door where the key was jammed in the lock. I telephoned Stewart who came within a few hours even though it was a Saturday. He was friendly, polite and efficient and talked me through our options. In spite of the door being very old, he said he would try and scource a replacement lock as it would be cheaper than replacing the door completely. Although he was going on holiday he was able to find one and returned to fit it within a few weeks, even though it was a special order and he being very busy. I cannot fault the service I had from him and, based on my experience of using him, would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a good and reliable locksmith.
What a very helpful and professional guy Stuart is. We telephoned him regarding our old faulty door lock and within a couple of hours he was here and promptly fixed it without any fuss! He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend him and his pricing is great too! Use this company above any others. Thank you
